My intention is to help people see this truth, both within their life experiences and within themselves. With a focus on the body-mind connection, our collaborative work involves identifying and shifting the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that are no longer serving you.
This process enables you to release the past, reclaim your power, and fulfill your highest potential. As a holistic psychotherapist, I combine traditional and body-centered psychotherapy with other mindfulness-based practices. My work is guided by curiosity, compassion, and a deep reverence for the human experience.
